    Info about this lot

    CUZCATLECO
Cuzcatleco is a variety of coffee created in a Salvadoran laboratory. It comes from the Sarchimor family, thus recognized for its resistance to certain diseases (including leaf rust), which are currently raging in coffee farms due, among other things, to climate change.

This variety is regularly planted at lower altitudes (1000-1200M) due to its ability to fight these diseases. But Mauricio, who never stops experimenting and innovating, took the decision to sow it at a higher altitude (1600M), which fortunately gave way to a bomb of flavors thanks also to his mastery of the natural process. .
Omnipresent tropical fruits, a vinous side resembling the "anaerobic" process, and all wrapped in a silky texture.

Mauricio is a 5th generation producer who has built a name for himself with his long fermentation and drying times, all perfectly controlled, giving extremely fruity notes to his coffees.
