We are extremely proud of this brand new collaboration with a chocolate maker from Quebec, Eddy Laurent , whom we greatly respect for the quality of his products and for his responsible approach in the supply of his cocoa.
For this first production, we therefore mixed the Mauricio Lavé with their 54% dark chocolate and their 34% milk chocolate.
