ROASTING
This is your everyday coffee and will appeal to those who want a coffee made easy.
It is made from the same batch as the Mauricio Lavé, but with our approach to a slightly darker roast.

By extending the total roasting time and ending with a slightly higher final temperature, we have toned down the acidity to give way to dark chocolate and caramel notes.
But don't expect to have an omnipresence of bitterness, it is far from being a “black” or “Italian” roast coffee!

Perfectly balanced, containing a lot of sugar, this coffee goes perfectly with any type of milk.
